RETURNS POLICY

Warranty Returns:

The warranty for C1 and C1 plus is liable only for a year.

If you have purchased a product from our website and want to return the item, you must follow the following steps within 48 days of receiving the product.

1. Call in to 8416902121 to receive return instructions.
2. Make sure all the items and paperwork are put back in their original packaging and seal the box.
3. Follow the return procedure given.

After the above steps have been taken, please make yourself aware of how credits are processed. You will have to wait at least a minimum of seven days to get your confirmation.

Only after the product has been received, inspected and found to be damaged without any usage will be replaced. Once the item is replaced/ refunded, the buyer will be notified immediately.
